This Privacy Policy explains what data Adsyte ("we", "the Service") collects when you use adsyte.org, and why.
| Data | Source | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Email, display name, avatar | Google, GitHub, or Discord (whichever you sign in with) | To create and identify your account |
| Sites you publish | You, directly | To list them in the directory |
| Votes, visits, categories you pick | Your activity on the Service | Ranking, personalized recommendations |
| An anonymous visitor ID (cookie) | Set automatically | Avoid double-counting the same visit |
| Billing info (card, name) | Stripe, if you subscribe | Processing payment. We never see or store card details ourselves |
Each of these processes data under their own privacy policy, only for the purpose described above.
We use a small number of cookies: one to keep you signed in, one to remember your OAuth sign-in state briefly during login, and one anonymous visitor ID to avoid counting the same visit twice. None of these are used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
You can delete any site you've published at any time from "My Sites." You can delete your entire account, and everything tied to it, yourself at any time from your Profile page ("Delete my account"). This immediately and permanently erases your sites, votes, tokens, visit history and cancels any active subscription. For anything else (like a copy of your data), email us at jexxandclaynns@gmail.com.
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you stop using Adsyte, your data stays until you ask us to remove it.
We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
